In this exhibition, poems were assigned to artists and were asked to create type to go
with it. "FRX" is a poem about a gritty city that is shut down. I used tom violence(typeface), to create a boarded up factory in a hazy city. This was blown up to 18x24 and printed on a transparency to create a shadowed, echoing effect. It hung in doorway to make it seem to be a part of the city scape.
